1. Find your consignor number in numerical order on the floor. Every consignor number will be represented, even if you have sold all items. If you don’t find your number, see a sale worker!
2. Look for any large toys or pieces of equipment.
3. Check lost and found for items that have become separated from sets or have lost their tags.
4. Don't forget to sign your waiver that you picked up your items.
Any unsold items that you wish to pick up will be available, sorted by consignor number.
At Pick Up, you may choose to place any of your items you do not wish to carry home in the donation area.
Unsold items NOT picked up at this time will be donated to charity! We regret that there are no reminder calls. Please have a friend pick up your unsold items if you are unavailable to do so!
Please see the new tagging requirements if you know you are not picking up and save yourself the $20 fee.
WE ARE SORRY BUT NO EXCEPTIONS! And we do not get messages from email, Facebook or phone till after we have cleared the building so PLEASE find a friend to pickup for you!
